Journey: Founders started their journey as professional property investors, initially focussing on converting houses to high spec HMOs with all en-suite rooms for Professionals.  They also did some residential renovation projects where they added value through extensions and high spec fittings. From last 4 years company is focussing on development projects involving new build block of flats and new build houses.

Strategy: Company acquires projects with GDV 3M to 9M involving conversion of offices/commercial to flats, or completely new build flats. Depending on area and development, finished development is either sold to first time buyers or investors as individual flats or complete development as an asset to institutional investor or family offices.

Area: Our development projects are in and around M25. Because of huge migration of professionals in London there is always very high demand for new build flats around London.
